In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "77ji" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to 77ji Casino and its associated online gaming and sports betting services, accessible at 77ji.org.

To access real-money gaming services on the 77ji platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may only hold one 77ji account at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

In compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering obligations, 77ji is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal of funds. The KYC process requires submission of the following:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).
• A recent selfie holding the presented identification document.
• Proof of residential address where requested (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months).

• Deposits are credited to your 77ji wallet in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied.
• 77ji does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name.

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds from your 77ji account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your VIP tier and verification status.

• Bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Full terms are displayed at the point of bonus activation.
• Bonus Funds are held separately from Real Money Funds in your 77ji wallet. Real Money Funds are staked first, followed by Bonus Funds, unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation from 77ji.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 77ji platform.
• Use 77ji trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by 77ji in writing.
• Create derivative works based on any content found on the 77ji platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• 77ji provides the platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services.
• 77ji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 77ji platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of gaming session progress, or loss of profits.
• 77ji's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in that player's 77ji account at the time the relevant claim arose.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77ji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

77ji collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at 77ji.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the 77ji platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, residential address, government ID details, payment account information, transaction history, and gaming activity records. 77ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation or, where appropriate, through the 77ji dispute resolution process accessible via the customer support team.
